By accessing or using the AIRABELLE™ website, services, or any applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by AIRABELLE™, a trademark owned and operated by Ngenius Pros ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). AIRABELLE™ provides a proprietary diagnostic system and airway-centered treatment pathway developed by orthodontists, myofunctional therapists, and wellness-forward families. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Educational content about facial growth, airway health, and related topics
• Online assessment tools, such as the Breath Quiz
• Consultation booking services
• Downloadable resources and guides
• Information about our treatment methodologies and approaches

3. User Accounts

Some portions of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
